If you are planning to arrive outside the usual check-in hours, please let us know in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:30.
• Reservations & Cancellations

In the event of a no-show, late cancellation or early departure, charges may apply in accordance with the terms of your reservation.
• Children
Children are welcome. A baby cot or extra bed may be provided upon request and subject to availability.

• Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. It is only allowed in outdoor areas and on balconies, with consideration for other guests.
• Quiet Hours
Please observe the designated quiet hours and avoid loud music, excessive noise or any other disturbance that may inconvenience other guests.
• Guests & Parties
Only guests registered in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parties, events or overnight stays by additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
• Parking
Free private parking is available, with a limited number of spaces. Parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Housekeeping & Damages
Guests are kindly requested to keep the apartment in good condition and to inform the management immediately in the event of any damage or technical issue.
Any damage, lost keys or the need for special cleaning may result in an additional charge.
• Personal Belongings
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please make sure to lock your apartment whenever you leave.
• Special Requests
Special requests are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only when written confirmation has been provided by the hotel.
